Halloween Parade and Party

What would Halloween in the Terrace be without a traditional, home-grown Halloween parade and party?! The celebration begins with adults and their costumed youngsters gathering in the parking lot at the bottom of the hill in front of the UHS clinic. From there, a short parade winds its way up Griffin Dr., along Brookside Dr., then down Tioga Blvd. to the Apalachin Fire Station #2, where games, activities, prizes, drinks, and treats await. Specific information will be included in the Civic Association’s Terrace Talk newsletter which is mailed to all homes in the Terrace. Pre-registration is NOT required.
